Today's theme was something that is done in a lot of workshops for companies or teams.
It is called a ”Real Time Strategy ”.
This helps people to think about and identify three things about their identity: 

1. Core identity: who are you?
2. External Identity: how do people see you?
3. Aspirational Identity: who do you want to become?

Thinking about these things can help people better navigate things when they have problems or challenges.
