TAKEO Atsushi won the Best Poster Award

On October 14th, TAKEO Atsushi won the Best Poster Award at the International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors 2022（IWN2022）.
The title was "Control of highly efficient Eu luminescence centers and drastic intensity enhancement in Eu-doped GaN grown on semipolar (20-21) GaN".
