Takashi Hirano won the Student Award at The 32th Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Synchrotron Radiation Research(JSR2019).

The title was "Strain-free inner-wall etching of micro-channel-cut crystal monochromators for reflection self-seeding of X-ray free-electron lasers using atmospheric-pressure plasma"
