On September 13th, YAMADA Atsuya won the Young Scientist Presentation Award at the 82nd JSAP(Japan Society of Applied Physics) Autumn Meeting.
The title was "High quality Ge on epitaxial Co2FeSi for semiconductor based vertical spin devices".
Young Scientist Presentation Award is designed to recognize young JSAP members for their outstanding contributed presentations (including poster presentations) during JSAP Spring and Autumn Meetings which would contribute to the development of the field of applied physics.
